    9 Up Blackjack Game Overview

The bet sizes available in 9 Up Blackjack range from £1 to £120.

    How to Play

The main aim of any game of Blackjack is to beat the dealer with a hand worth as close to 21 as possible. You cannot exceed 21.

Cards can continue to be drawn until your hand is worth 21, or comes as close to it as possible to give you a chance of winning.

You win Blackjack if the value of your first two cards is 21. This is achieved with an Ace alongside a 10, Jack, Queen or King.

If you stand, you will not be dealt any extra cards. A hand that goes over 21 and goes bust and will lose no matter what happens with the dealer's hand.

The dealer is required to draw on 16 and stand if their hand is worth at least 17. Should your hand be worth equal to the dealer's, it is known as a ‘push’ and your wager is refunded.

All Blackjacks beat a hand of 21 that has been achieved with three or more cards.

An Ace may have a value of either 1 or 11. The value it assumes will be the one that is most beneficial to your hand.

The cards 2-9 are worth their face value.

The 10, Jack, Queen and King all have a value of 10.

    9 Up Feature Bet

Place a feature bet equal to 20% of your main wager and your initial card will be dealt from the 9 Up deck, which features only 9s, 10s, Jacks, Queens, Kings and Aces to give you a boost.

If your hand wins having received a card from the 9 Up deck, your feature bet will be returned.

Non-Blackjack hands will pay 1:1 on your main wager only.

    Return to Player

Return To Player (RTP): 99.64% (main game), 99.82% (9 Up feature).

The expected return is the amount we pay out to players relative to the amount of wagering on the game.

For example, if we take £100 of wagers we will, on average, pay out £99.64 (main game) or £99.82 (9 Up feature).

This return is based on you making the best choices.
