Blackjack Remastered Game Overview

The bet sizes available in Blackjack Remastered range from £1 to £100.

How To Play 

The principal aim of any Blackjack game is to try and beat the dealer by building a total hand value of as close to 21 as possible.

You continue to draw cards until your hand either equates to 21, or comes as close as possible without exceeding it. 

If the first two cards total 21, which is achieved by an Ace paired with a 10 or picture card, then you will have won Blackjack. 

If you stand, you will not be dealt any further cards.

Any hand that goes over 21 is classed as bust, and irrespective of the dealer’s hand it will lose. 

On 16 or less the dealer is required to draw, and on 17 and over they must stand. 

If your hand is worth the same as the dealer’s, then it is called a ‘push’, and your bet is returned.

Blackjack beats non-Blackjack 21’s. An Ace may have a value of either 1 or 11, and the card takes the value that helps your hand more.

The cards 2-9 are taken at face value, and the 10, Jack, Queen and King are all worth 10. 

Splitting

You can split your hand if you are dealt two cards of an identical value, and your hand is divided in two. 

When splitting, you must place a bet on the second hand that is equal to the amount wagered on the original bet. 

If Aces are split, and then a card with a value of 10 is drawn, this is not deemed to be Blackjack. 

Although this hand is worth 21, it will lose to the dealer if they draw Blackjack. 

In Blackjack Remastered, you have the option to split your hand three times, allowing for a total of four hands. 

Aces may only be split on one occasion.

Double Down 

With this feature you can double the value of your original bet.

After doing so, you will only be able to receive one extra card.

You have the option to take your additional card either face up or face down. 

In this game, you have the option to double down on any two cards regardless of their total.

Furthermore, you have the chance to double down after splitting your original hand.

Insurance 

If the dealer’s first card is an Ace, you can safeguard your hand by purchasing insurance, and this is priced at half of your original wager. 

If the dealer draws Blackjack, the insurance will pay out at 2:1 and you lose your original wager. 

Should the dealer does not win Blackjack then your insurance bet is lost, and the hand will continue as normal.

Surrender 

The surrender option gives the you the chance to walk away from your hand after it has been dealt. 

Should you take this option, then half of your original wager is lost.

· Dealer peaks on 10 value cards and Aces

· Eight Decks

· Dealer stands on soft 17

· Double Down on any two cards

· Double down after splitting

· Split three times to make four hands

· Aces can only be split once

· Only one card dealt to split Aces

· Split Aces do not award Blackjack

· Late surrender is allowed

· Malfunction voids all pays and plays

Return To Player (RTP): 99.64%.

The expected return is the amount we pay out to players relative to the amount of wagering on the game. 

For example, if we take £100 of wagers we will, on average, pay out £99.64. 

This return is based on the player making the best choices.
